Day 4
Day 4 does not bring much relief for me. Today I woke up with my throat really hurting and coughing up green stuff. I know may not be what you wanted to read, I just need to write down all the symptoms. Joint pain was moderate today. I need to get control of the pain before it get a hold of me.
Medications for the day: Zyrtec, Effexor, and Plaquenil. Fish oil 3x and aspirin 650mg x2.
Obviously didn't go to practice today. I need to go. But I haven't been feeling like myself. My pain is getting worse. I know that I quit the steroids. I had to for my sanity. It was making feel great for eight hours then I crying, screaming bitch for the next three while I came down off of them. I know it was a low dose, but I definitely a crying basket case by the end of the night. Hopefully I can get some solution soon to help this.
So, tomorrow brings a new chance. I keep hoping that it stops hurting soon.
