An article on Roman Polanski.
http://www.salon.com/mwt/broadsheet/feature/2009/09/28/polanski_arrest/ I don't enjoy chan. I have read it before so I didn't forget the horrors of what happens when you turn a blind eye (I work with children, if I find myself blowing off things that make me uncomfortable, I read some of it or articles about rl incidents so I don't forget what can happen if I don't listen to myself or document what I se.) But children can be so vulnerable. And in all of my experiences I've NEVER heard of a pedophile stopping at one. Makes me wonder what else he's done. Because odds are he has.
There are always two sides to every story, but I think that this person hit the pertinent facts. They are repeated over and over and I think it's pretty much the facts that should be taken into account. And France? Really? It's okay to rape a child in France, or be a rapist of children living in France? And America is the bad guy? I'm speechless. I'm confounded as to being labeled puritanical because of this case. Surely it isn't so.
