It's been a lonely lonely lonely long time.
It's been a while since I posted anything here, but it's been a good time recently. I think my costume came off pretty well. I won 3rd place in the Halloween party at Riverview. Everyone else stepped up to the plate as well with some terrific costumes.
I've been rereading more than reading new lately. Refinished the Dresden series so far. They held up quite well their second time through. I was hoping for more reveals in past novels, but each seems its own story for the most part. Without spoiling to much, I now agree with Rory on Kincaid and Ivy. I'm now rereading Harry Potter. Having recently loaned them out, I thought it would be good to refresh myself before the final movies comes out. After that I think I'll reread the Black Company and finally pick up the 3rd omnibus.
Today I had lunch with Kit. We had talked for quite while at her Halloween party. We definitely have a geek connection. I'm hoping I'll see more of her soon.
