FF:XI has the most long-winded-mega-install-of-doom of possibly any any game ever! So there! I've only just got to the point where I can fire up the actual game, after several hours of CD twiddling & form filling & beer drinking... er never mind the beer bit. T'was medicinal only. Honest. hic.
So now to play! Ah... no. For sleep come claimeth me. Gaming will have to wait.
(Whilst I slumber, hopefully the CHKDSK repair job I've been running on the other compy's HD will finish without any really nasty errors. Something got corrupted & the big downside of big HDs is the big time they take to run fix-up/maintainance/backup jobs on...)
