By Jove, whatever has gotten into the student population! Every young person I've seen appears to be covered in mud, or absolutely filthy! Looking like right street urchins, it's disgraceful. I daresay it will not sit well with Mister Filch, mud tracks all through the castle, he'll have his work cut out for him, that poor soul.
