Its from the second story in the Piffle De Kiss doujinshi. I don't remember who scanned it originally, but I can upload it to sendspace for you if you want ^^

I think I er, fail. I helped in su-chan's scanlation for that story.. And I forgot.. No wonder I find the art very familiar.. karro scanlated it too.
