(no subject)
Since I've been back, the weeks have consisted mainly of job hunting and pot smoking. Each to considerable excess. Though, some days in between I have done absolutely nothing; wasted them and made myself completely useless.
Met Laura and went to visit Holy Name today. The staff are all pretty angry about the school's moving to Brampton. The board managed to have their way with everything-- except the name, they get to keep "Holy Name of Mary" which, when Mrs Murphy was telling us about it, seems almost poetic. Visiting brought on a wave of nostalgia, but it was nice. Unfortunately, we missed Graham and Schultz.
Mr. Robyn invited me to Egypt next year. Haha. They are opening up the school trip to university students as well, and I am seriously considering it. Egypt... with Robyn and Schultz. Incredible. Hopefully I will have made enough money by March next year to avoid asking my parents for financial support. I need to start doing and earning things on my own.
Edit.. Holy shit. The dean of arts at FX just told me that I had the highest average this year in the Faculty of Arts, and offered me a $6000 scholarship for next year.
