managers are now expected to run stores efficiantly with NEGATIVE COVERAGE
meaning that if you need 58 hours over coverage a day they want you to cut shifts out so its less. They are making it mandatory that most of their already understaffed stores have even less coverage.
of course it comes at the busiest time of year for us, Holiday.
Damn you Howard Shultz! Maybe if you'd spent less on the New Orleans convention and actually thought about giving away so much money (albeit for a good cause) in a RECESSION.
