Well, my parents found the letter my church sent a week ago. I've got to go to this retreat tonight at 6:30. Rawr.
Anyway, I got some cool stuff for my birthday. A CD case thingy, new headphones, a book, some awesome colored pencils, a t-shirt, a Borders giftcard and $60. I plan on buying a couple of the Sailor Moon Star S manga (the whole series is out of print, so the prices rocketed ;-;). My friend said she would burn the Spongebob Squarepants movie soundtrack for me. She's so nice *huggles*.
And on Gaia as well. I got more presents on Gaia than I did in RL. XD Most likely 'cause it's easier to buy pixels with non-existent money than it is to buy something made of real matter with real currency.
I have to go into Community again today, to fix my schedule. Not only did I figure out how I could get the class I wanted without screwing anything up, I realized that I shouldn't be in Geometry. That class requires that I take Algebra 1,2, which I flunked out of last year at the beggining of the school year. I switched to Algebra A, so now I have to take Algebra 1,2. Blah.
Something I found amusing: People at my old middle school refer to Community as "Commy". Do they know "commy" is short for "communist", and that it was an insult in the sixties? XD People would sign in my yearbook, "Oh yeah, you're going to commi." It always made me chuckle. I don't why; it amused me.
