OKAY Y'ALL.
I know I have been asking for help a lot lately, but this request is just for suggestions. Jason approved my idea for teaching an LGBT lit CR next year, so now I need a list of all the books, poems, short stories, etc I'm going to teach. The problem is, I don't know of ANY good LGBT poems, and can't find a lot of transgender-specific novels. If you know any, could you please post them in the commments? That would make me extremely happy--especially if it were a book that positively portrays people of color/queers of color, something that is severely lacking in a lot of the books I've looked up so far.
