the past two days are kind of a long blurry run on that ended with me crashing on the couch at 11 tonight and watching harry potter and the sorceror's stone for the millionth time. I'm having a lot of problems typing right now because this is taking much longer than usual. Anyways, friday I called Mary Ann to see what she was up to (I've been meaning to do this the entire break) and she invited me to a party at her apartment in fullerton. I said I'd be there. Then I called my friend Colin whom I'd planned to meet up with at some point this break and he said he was free Saturday. I kind of forgot about the party when I said okay. About ten minutes after I hung up with him, I realzied that I had to go to a party, sober up, sleep at some point, drive home and then drive to Los Angeles. Heres how it went:

Won three games of beer pong in a row with Mary Ann. We were kicking serious ass. We beat her brother twice, which apparently is unheard of. There were other people there like Ceecee and Allie and Mary Ann's general group so that was fun. Around two I decided that I shouldn't drive home, even though I wasn't that bad. Mary Ann's bed was hard as a freaking rock, so I probably slept about two hours. At 6:30 I finally gave up and drove home, only to find that I had a 22 dollar parking ticket on my car for parking 'overnight' on a street. There were no signs. Anyways, I drove home, attempted to sleep for an hour and when that didn't work I got coffee and had a breakfast burrito with Steve after he got home from work.

At 10:30 I set forth on the 405 to Los Angeles. After U turning a thousand times I finally found Colin's apartment, picked him up and proceeded to the Getty, where we had to wait in line for twenty minutes just to park. It was worth it though because the Getty is amazing. They had this exihibit from Mt Sinai that were Idols from the 400's and it was really cool. After the Getty we went to Universal City Walk and saw Pan's Labryinth (I know I spelt that wrong but I'm too tired to fix it) which was a freaking trip. It's in Spanish, but that doesn't really matter because of how visual it is. Pretty graphic stuff too that I couldn't look at. It was so depressing and cool and gross and freaky. It was cool though cause even when I couldn't look at the screen because of blood or mauling or whatever, I could still kind of understand it without looking at the subtitles. The trailers for the movie do it no justice. It's weird but in a life of pi kind of way. you can look at it logically or through the fantasy version, but both work.

Now I'm ready to go crash.
