My life has been such a whirlwind, I don't even know which way is up right now. Between school, work, piano, church, worship team, soccer, two d-groups, college applications, other school and LCT. oy vey! But you all know the real reason I'm updating?
First of all I would just like to say that I had to tape the episode because I had practice last night and someone, who will remain nameless, ruined the whole episode by telling me what happened, even though she knew I hadn't seen it yet! I talked to Jessie and she thinks that is a deed worthy of ending a friendship...you're lucky I'm too busy grieving.
This one will be just thoughts I think..
- of course, only Syd could get up right after a car crash and totally kick somebody's butt and then run through a cornfield
- I knew something was wrong with the interrogating guy...
- okay so um, Vaughn isn't Vaughn he's...Mr. Mashyo? Micheaux? I'm not sure if it's supposed to be japanese or french? I guess french would make more sense, huh? well I don't like it. I'm just glad he wasn't too stupid to believe that they had Syd.
- When he had the pencil poised to take out that guy's eyeball? SICK! reminded me of marshall "sporking" that guy's eye out that one time...
- speaking of Marshall! (besides the fact that my math teacher is a spitting image) He brought up the "we do lunch" thing again! if anybody had been watching I might have laughed out loud, who's to say I didn't anyway...
- Vaughn better not have been "working" with renee
- mmm...I LOVE hearing him speak french, nobody does it better.
- very strategic placement of the sweater and purse, no?
- The bosses girl was a little slut! not like that really needs mentioning, but she is. Don't you know he's now a father! oh wait...we don't know that yet...
- Okay, now we know. "vaughn, I'm pregnant"....and so let's jump off a cliff?
- I want to see Nadia, she definitely grew on me. Is this being in a coma going to be a convienient replacement for her?
- They're discussion in the car about the baby was really actually very touching...so touching that you knew SOMEBODY was bound to die.
- The way they put the train in between vaughn and syd made me feel so hopeless.
- No way is he alive after getting shot that many times...but I guess he is according to the surgeon.
- Speaking of the surgeon, he was probably my very favorite performance in the episode, if you have it taped or tivo'd or whatever, watch him, he's really idiosyncratic.
- I'm surprised that Jack isn't being quite so crazy about the whole "syd-being-betrayed-by-a-spouse-too" thing. wow. that was alot of hyphens. (kind of like "clay-rich" right, jess?)
- I liked them talking about baby names...yeah, okay so I teared up...*blush*
- I feel kind of lost, vaughn's dead...i mean, he might not be, but there was a funeral...yeah, yeah, I know this is Alias, but I think he might really be dead...
- The scene when he died was actually a really beautiful scene in a tragic way, it was so frantic but set to such sorrowful music, and once again, Syd was separated from him by a wall.
