Yesterday I went over to Liz's for some breakfast, that was fun, it always is. We didn't really do anything but talk but it was a good way to spend the morning. Then I had to work and didn't get home until 10, hence the getting up really early to finish my paper. It's quite interesting but I didn't write it very well, it's about how Americans are perceived in other countries, at least it's only the rough draft. I was trying to work on it last night but Everybody Loves Raymond was on and I couldn't resist.

Frank: You can come to our catholic church

Other guy: well...it might be an adventure

Frank: It'd be like a safari to you guys...who knows on the way you might see a herd of Lutherans!

Ray: You guys all heard the sermon this morning, Jesus said, "Blessed are the NICE"

You can see why I got sidetracked ;-D

This week I had the pleasure of enjoying Alias with Nick and Kelsie. My sister and mom were downstairs too but my mom insists that she's "not watching it" We're gonna do this old school and I'm gonna give you a little rundown of the plot.

Okay, it starts out with Syd and Nadia talking in the kitchen about Weiss and then Weiss is talking to Vaughn about Nadia. I really just wish they'd make-out already, geez. (not vaughn and weiss...weiss and nadia) Anyway, they get to work and, HALLELUJAH! Jack has to take over the task force because Sloane is restricted by his pardon agreement, this mission includes none other than the wonderfully evil Anna Espinosa. Though I highly suspect Jack was still taking orders from Sloane.

Syd and Nadia have lunch and talk about the rambaldi prophecy ( i was wondering when this was going to come up again) when syd get's a phone call... It's anna and she has Nadia. Needless to say the success of their mission is alot more important now. So Syd poses as a prostitute and cuts of a guys finger...same ol' same ol' :-D On her mission Syd recovers a putty that they think the CRF (who anna is working for) was going to use it to make a super bomb. She takes a fake to a Beverly Hills boutique to meet with Anna, and of course they get in a fight. Anna used a maniquin arm, which was really funny. The security guard tries to interfere but that doesn't go too well. Eventually Sydney relents and says "fine, she can have the blouse" Syd then goes to the parking structure across the street like Anna told her too and finds her sister in the trunk of a car.

Vaughn goes to the pennitentiary  to try to get some information from sark (yes, ladies and gentlemen, he's back!) of course they won't help each other because of that whole Sark-slept-with-vaughn's-wife-alot thing...Sark delivers a zinger and Lauren wanting to love Vaughn but she and Sark were just too passionate *ouch* Vaughn threatens to have him thrown into solitary confinement. That night they knock him out with some sort of sleeping gas and Marshall injects him with a tracking/explosive device. While he is being transported the convoy is ambushed (was there ever any doubt? i mean, come on, It's Sark!) but it's really  a set up and this guy gives him a motorcycle telling him to go to the CRF headquarters, but he's from the CIA. They activate the tracker and go to take him in but Sark tricked them and is waiting for them in a warehouse. Where he says he escaped for "the bubbly" oh that sark...how he loves his champagne ;-D but he agrees to help them locate the CRF for something in return.

Meanwhile...Syd and Nadia are tracking Anna in Johannesburg where the trade of the compound is supposed to go down. Nadia rips out her belt and wraps it around the hands of the guy she is fighting causing him to stab himself. Before he dies Nadia asks him what the CRF wants and he whispers it to here. Cut to Sydney who thinks that she sees Anna's sillouhette through the hanging plastic, but it's Nadia and they end up drawing guns at each other (remember the prophecy?) and then Anna comes from behind and shoots Nadia. Fade to black....

Which makes me think, Nadia better not die because she's the only one who now knows what the CRF is up to.
