Kinda sad...but tonight's gonna be fun
Well i always seem to start these out saying that i don't update enough, which is true. Um...last night i had a pretty good time making my video for Japanese class. I went to Albertsons and went up to random people and taught them a phrase in Japanese and filmed them trying to say it. It's not stellar or anything but it's entertaining. Then I went to the sound check at 7:00. You know, on Sunday i'm playing in front of several hundred people (maybe more, maybe less, I'm bad at estimating) but i'm not nervous which is good. Honestly kinda mad that they're letting A-cell open the last song on keys but that's just me being stupid and territorial about music and I need to get over it. He actually did a really good job i just think that the piano has a lot prettier sound. And he IS leaving us this year so i guess he should get to lead the last song he does. Anyways. Soundcheck started out not so great cuz Jordan didn't even know My Glorious, the music is relatively easy but it has a wierd beat, really atypical. The sound check ended up lasting 2 1/2 hours when we were supposed to be out of there by 8:30. Oh well...I'm sure you guys are sick of hearing about something you guys don't really know about so i'll move on.
I fell asleep last night watching ER waiting for my dad to get to help me edit my movie so i woke up this morning on the floor very sore and disoriented and had to dash to transfer it to VHS. (i was still late to Biology) Today was an okay day. I was actually really upset b/c it was the senior's last day today and i didn't get to see anybody to say good-bye. I mean...probably never get to see these people again. I don't do good-bye's well and i especially don't do them well when i don't even get the chance. I feel like i missed a major opportunity. Dylan stopped by our room for some reason, so that was cool. he did a kanji on the board for us.
Well i guess this is enough of my griping for now, i've got to run and go get ready, to go to see Stepford Wives. Fun Fun!
