Hello.
A month of summer has already passed. I've been hauling A' around the house, major home clean-up going on here. Van-fulls of stuff gone to GoodWill. Also, my sister graduates this year. She's become the mature one, it seems. I feel like the littler, more unstable sister. I've been trying to step up to resume that role of the older, more pulled-together one. Though I can't seem to figure out how to dress like a 20-year old (I think I look more like a mismatched 17 year old you'd run into at a bus station), I've realized that paying more attention to looks isn't what makes a person seem more mature. Vain, maybe, but not more mature. ;)
Whatever.
Summer:
The two of us are going on vacation the last two weeks of June, and the second week of July the family's camping...so the summer's scattered and already feels like half of it's gone. Which wouldn't bother me at all if I didn't feel like it was preventing me from getting a stable job and accomplishing other things. Maybe I should just ride my bike all around town, to the library, wherever else I want to go. ?:)?
Creativity:
I have been learning to alter clothes, which is definitely going to come in useful. I've been painting the walls in our house. My parents let me paint the banister like a mural, and paint a fake window in the fake-brick wall above the stairs. It would be awesome if I could sell art stuff. Btw, Frida Kahlo is awesome as well.
