The man with the god complex
thinks little of the insecure.
While the naive boy
optimizes the stereotype.
Which in and of itself lacks a grain of truth.
However,
The both are foolish
and both blind
for In each other
is what they desire to find.
But now the veil has lifted
and the beau quivers under the pressure.
For a side tainted by misunderstanding
embarrasses the boy.
And now nothing has become of it.
Awkward silence consumes the topic.
And one thing comes to light for the boy.
"How is it my mouth can bring you such pleasure,
and then rob the emotion you're body knows,
when used in the misunderstanding art
of language and linguistic prose?"
The answer comes.
Poetry has lost it's grace and meaning,
when the poet becomes embarrassed,
for the written words represent
only the emotion he feels at the time.
And when such things
jeopardize the origin,
then all will have been for naught.
All will have been left wanting.
And, this, is the awkward truth.
