Gently Full Day Results in Fish Curry

Three classes as usual; such marvelous people.  But today I’m running at the edges; pressed for time, force myself to take time with everything to be sure it is done right as anything I do goes awry otherwise (triple check everything; no wonder some believe in hostile beings/curses), so running later than I like for everything but all gets done without a major mistake.
Enjoyed an incredibly nurturing massage and noticed a few new techniques.  Back very late from the third class, not in the mood to tiptoe around my mate’s or child’s dietary prejudices, I invented a lovely nontraditional quick fish curry that I’ll write to replicate later:

1 can coconut milk
2 portions orange roughy
2T ground turmeric
1t ground cinnamon
¾ t ground coriander
¼ t ground allspice
Simmer until done, gently breaking up fish as it begins to flake.  Serve on scented or spiced rice or rice pilaf.
I did add about a cup each of corn and peas when the fish was just about done, but good without.  Toasted unsalted cashews on top was a nice addition.

errands, good food
