sweet home california
just saying that bc im watching "sweet home alabama"...so it felt appropriate
well, i made it here safely and pretty uneventfully...except some old lady stole my window seat on the plane and the two guys next to me kept talking about 9/11...but other than that..pretty peaceful
town looks about the same since ive left it...but thats what ive expected...already seen quite a few people i knew...yesterday i went straight to weinersnetchel and got 2 chili cheese dogs and felt no guilt...in fact they even call it the chili cheese dog diet here on the west coast so im staying healthy...
today i went to jack in the box and it was as wonderful as i remember it as well...so good..man i missed the ultimate bacon cheeseburger and tacos....i figured that i can pig out even worse while im here since its basically taking a hiatus from drinking..so the calories should still match up, right?
alicia and her boyfriend are off at graduation practice right now..that brought me back ..man, has it really already been a year since we all went through that crap? pretty soon we're going to be out of college and living totally on our own...scary man
the air here is so clean and un-humidified...lovely...and the skies are so blue...too bad we're not close to a beach...
