I dont think that's right, especially not in high periods of unemployment. People drawing unemployment checks are drawing primarily on money that was paid into the system on their behalf anyway. That would also cover students who received federally subsidized student loans. and old people drawing the social security and medicare benefits they paid into all of their working lives. you'd have to get more specific. I'd be all for say banning people who receive welfare and/or live in housing projects, or anyone who hasnt completed a high school level education. And of course there should be an exception across the board for veterans. I'm with robert heinlen in the belief that military service should automatically guarantee one all the rights a citizen can have.
Unfortunately a lot of these ideas HAVE been tried before and struck down by the courts as unconstitutional and/or discriminatory, so I fear for any of them to actually be implemented legally it would require some sort of revolution, and I dont anticipate that happening anytime soon, or if it does it wont have any significant chance of success.
I dont think that is necessarily the case either. There arent as many of them as you think. they are just so blatantly parasitic and there is no discernable way to dislodge them and they know it. That is what makes it seem that way. The trick is for america to get over its irrational white guilt complex, and then it wont matter one bit how loudly those assholes scream.
Still I will concede that the only perfect solution would be to cordon of certain areas of inner cities, such as housing projects, bring in the heavy artillery loaded with WP shells and the air force with Napalm or whatever the fuck they are calling it now, and call in the strike. Not only will those who survive get the message very effectively, but it will open up large amounts of prime real estate in urban areas for much needed public parking structures.
