After an anxious school day, which was actually a really good day
Moggah, Sarah, and Dallas packed into the car, got pizza, and drove to merrick
Sang lots of brand new songs on the way there
The train ride in was packed, and me and Sarah just pretty much practiced our french the whole time.
So we walked over to madison square garden
Very complicated directions to get to our seats
But we got there.
There was like, the general admission, and we were 4th row on the side of GA.
The best fucking seats in the whole place
There were people with VIP passes sitting behind us.
So right at 730, brand new came out
They opened with sic transit, everyone was singing along and just to have an entire stadium full of people all sharing that energy
The air becomes alive, buzzing all around you, just completley infiltrating you
It is the most alive Ive ever felt
It was amazing
They played a few old songs, none of my favorites, then some new ones
But they closed with Tommy Gun!
And I was freakinggg outtttttttttt
And this random guy was singing with me, it was funny
But every word of that song is like, just building up to this exploding climax, its just amazing.
But they didnt play jude law, 70x7, play crack the sky, me vs maradonna vs elvis, or even quiet things
Which was weird, and dissapointing since their set was a little short of an hour :(
But it was still so amazing
So then me and sarah walked around, tried to get merch but it was sickeningly overpriced
Went back in, Dashboard was funny
The singer is so effeminate and has a ghetto ass
But singing hands down like assholes was fun at the end
People were like, freaking out for it though
Brand new was a million times better
Oh, and they played screaming infidelities so moggy called quinne so she could listen

Jesse Lacey walked 10 feet in front of us and waved!
It was so fucking cool!
Then we went to borders and talked to this kid who jumped into GA and the guard like, wrung his neck
He had this huge cut on his neck, it was so fucked up.
They also thought he had weed so they kicked him out
So I got coffee and then we walked around times square so Moggy could get shots for her music video
Train ride home was funny, took forever to find seats
There were a bunch of drunk guys in the seats next to us and one of them was like, stripping?
haha it was mad funny
We showed them the video we took at the concert
Got off, came back here.

in conclusion: tonight was so amazing, but brand new needed to play longer.
