Yep, the rent itself is really good. I think I'll inquire about it. I can't just live with anybody nowadays though, so a lot more has to go into my decision than just rent.

Ugh, it has most definitely been the longest winter ever! I'm up in Rhode Island and Massachusetts (I bounce from here to there, live in RI and I hang around in Mass a lot because family lives there!). The weather is actually lightening up, though, especially the temperatures since this past weekend! So thankfully, we're getting some nice walking weather now.
Also, good luck with your living situation. I'm the opposite of you, I would rather have someone living with me. But it's all good! I hope you find something that suits you and your needs <3
