Social Mousie & Pi Day Happiness

I can't believe how much the mousie has grown! She looks as if she is almost a full adult. Naturally, I want my baby back :) I'm just kidding, it's been so interesting to watch her grow. She still seems a bit small yet though, I think she may get a little bigger. She is SO adorable, I wish I had a picture I could post of her right now. I have her cage next to me now and she is running around all excited. She LOVES to be talked too, that's why we call her "Social Mousie".

March 14th was "Pi Day" for me and Monk. This day is also known as our anniversary!! We dated for 3 years on and off, but have now been exclusive for a year and we like it that way! We are disgustingly happy and it's wonderful. I usually don't say much about our relationship publicly, but it's very cool to hit the one year mark. He made me peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that morning to take to work with me. When I took one out of the bag, I was confused for a few seconds because there were cuts in the middle of the bread. What he did was carve a Pi symbol on the outside of the bread. It was so extremely cute, it was just something nice to make me smile in the middle of the work day :) He is the best!

Tomorrow we are going out so that Monk can buy a desk to put in the computer area of my apartment. His machines are sitting on the floor at the moment. He needs to use them a lot to do work for his job and school, and the poor boy is stuck on the floor. One of my "Pi Day" presents is that I get to pick out stuff to decorate the new computer area. When I get done, I can guarantee that it will look a hell of a lot less technical ;) It will be an add-on to my desk area and mine hardly looks like a regular desk area.
