best you've got to be the best....
{muse}
No more cropping Chrissy out of the pictures. This picspam is for the WHOLE band. ♥
chris wolstenholme
Chris is definitely the rock of the group. That solid grounding I think that keeps the other two from going completely insane.
He's that voice of reason. Not to mention without the lovely Mr. Wolstenholme we wouldn't have such amazing songs like
"Uprising" or "Undisclosed Desires" or "Hysteria" or "Time is Running Out" or umm.... ANYTHING!
Don't ever let the fans make you feel unimportant Chris!
matt bellamy
Though not technically the band's founder, Matthew is the frontman. He's the one that everyone sees.
He's the brilliance behind the melody and the lyrics. Sure Matt's not what I would call "normal"... no where close.
But his eccentricities and the fact that he incorperates them into the music is what makes me love Muse so much.
They're songs aren't like other songs.
dom howard
Oh Dominic, how I love you and your crazy wardrobe. From your rainbow array of trousers to spider-dom.
You will never cease to amaze me. Your smile, your eyes, your laugh.
Dominic is the drummer and founding/oldest member of the band.
I suppose we owe all this greatness to Dom. He's ridiculous and dorky like Matt,
but at times he can be sincere and calm like Chris.
He's definitely that middle ground between the two of them.
Obviously sometimes... Chrissy gets pulled into the shenanigans....
Because lets face it... he's part of Muse... he's got to be a little unbalanced right?

TOMORROW....?
your last chance has arrived...
{david tennant}
Scottish actor, David Tennant, was born David John McDonald on April 18, 1971...
He's probably most known for his outstanding portrayal of the Tenth Doctor on the long-running British sci-fi hit Doctor Who.
DAVID TENNANT WILL ALWAYS BE MY DOCTOR! ♥

barty crouch jr.
The first time I ever laid eyes on the amazingly talented David Tennant was at the midnight premiere of
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire when I was living in St. Louis with my sister.
There wasn't nearly enough of him in this movie.
But that one line, "I'll show you mine if you show me yours." Always gets me.... mmmmmm....
the doctor
Shortly after his role in Harry Potter, David burst onto television screens worldwide.
He took over for Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor in Doctor Who.
I don't think anyone was quite prepared for the impact that David would have on the role,
and the impact the role would have on David.
David spent for years as the Doctor. A character he dreamt of playing as a child. Then finally the time had to come.
Christmas of '09/New Years of '10 David Tennant finally stepped down from Doctor Who. The Tenth Doctor was no more.
And millions around the world cried with David. I can honestly say that the plot of the episodes was very much secondary to the emotion.
David Tennant broke my heart when he left Doctor Who and I will miss him. His performance in those last two episodes (especially the scene with
Wilf in the cafe in Part one and the ending in of Part two) were heartbreaking. And many can say that his acting skills were unbelievable.
Which they were but a lot of that I really don't think was acting. When David looked at the camera and spoke his final words as the Doctor...
that was David talking too.
"I don't want to go."
your number has been called....
{john simm}
John Ronald Simm was born on July 10, 1970. While not as widely known as the others in this picspam.
I still adore him. He's a brilliant actor and a musician to boot!
j o h n
sam tyler
One of John's best known roles is DI Sam Tyler (or umm... DCI Sam Tyler... depending on the year... :D) in the BBC drama Life on Mars.
I'll admit I was a bit slow on catching this one. I've meant to watch it for years. But just recently got into it.
John is absolutely outstanding as Sam Tyler. There are layers to the character and complications and nuances that John perfects.
The frustration of not being able to go home... hearing the voices of his family.... not having the technology he's used to in police work.
Little things like that, plus the smiles when he sees Annie, the bantar between him and Gene Hunt (Philip Glenister).
Its a brilliant series.
the master
The first exposure I had to John Simm though came a year or so after Life on Mars premiered. When he played the role of the
Master on Doctor Who in the three party arc of "Utopia", "Sound of Drums" and "Last of the Time Lords".
John balanced the madness and brilliance and lonliness of the Master perfectly.
It still gives me chills.
Plus you know... he sang Scissor Sisters... which was awesome!
At the end of "Last of the Time Lords", the Master died in the Doctor's arms after being shot.
The final scenes of the episode show the Doctor burning the Master's body.
But surprisingly John Simm returned this Christmas to Doctor Who, reprising his role as the Master...
with a new look, and crazier than ever!
But alas, all good things must come to an end. And like David, John's time on Doctor Who has ended.
John said in an interview once that David was his Doctor, and that he was David's Master.
And if I didn't ship Ten and the Master hard enough already. After watching "End of Time"... I really do.
Their chemistry is undeniable. They play so well off each other, and that sense of brokeness that each character has.
The last scenes with John in "End of Time" were amazing. The fact that the Master gave up his life for the Doctor...
And the scenes in part one... in the wasteland. All the Master wanted was to know that the drums were real.
That someone else could hear them. ♥
revenge will surely come...
