Watched 'Star Trek: Into Darkness'
It was.... fun, predictable, ingenous, surprising, bland.
Hard to describe and hard to give judgment on the whole. As a whole, I had fun.
Pieces....They greatly varied.
Some things were just hard to swallow as being remotely plausible. Other things were really amusing and smart like The Geat Twist.
And the plays they made invoking Original Universs's events.... On one hand I definitely appreciated it all, on the other hand I wish they would cut loose of the strings.
However, since I enjoyed many moments of homeage I guess I don't have a lot of groung to stand one.
One thing is sure, someone with no knoledge od ST:TOS and the relevant movie will miss an absolute shitload of subtext and attempts at cleverness.
For Trekkies, a must see.
