Progress Post!
I started my Dalek for the who_knits Good vs Evil Knitalong last Thursday (using penwiper337's Extermaknit pattern. I've not gotten very far yet. For one, I'm a slow knitter to begin with. Secondly, bobbles of DOOM! The bobble rows are taking forever to knit. Also, I don't think they look very even. Anyway, on to the pictures!
(Not even half a Dalek--there are two more bobble rows before I start the "shoulders")
(Once again, my camera fails to show the proper colours of things. The body is dark grey, but not quite as dark as in this picture. Also, don't mind the tea stain on my knitting pattern folder. How did I get tea on there?)
(And a close-up so you can see the panels formed by ribbing--I think I may be knitting a bit too tightly as the panels aren't very pronounced)
And since it needs a name (otherwise I'll have to keep calling it "Mr Dalek"):
