Go to the grocery store and splurge on foods you like but don't buy often. Or get yourself that white pizza from Tower Inn. Maybe you'll feel more like eating (even if you're not hungry) if you're eating treats. Or get take out sushi from Sushi Nara; we have their menu on the side of the fridge.
PS. I will totally get sushi with you when I get back if you want. Sushi Nara opens at 11:30, which I think would be enough time to eat lunch and you'd still have time to leave for work.
