1. I have a tattoo of a jeweled dagger right above my left ankle that is an exact copy of a pewter pendant given to me by my first love when I was 17.
2. Up until a few years ago I was a competitive fighter in Tae Kwon Do.
3. I had my tongue pierced for my 30th birthday but took it out after 6 months 'cause I kept chipping teeth.
4. My first piece of fanfiction, and I didn't know to call it that, was written in the early 80's after I decided the "I'm your father" scene between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader was disappointing.
5. I sleep with my head under the covers so the things in the dark can't get me. Yeah, some of us never get past childhood fears.
6. I learn new languages as a hobby. When I'm pissed my cursing is multilingual and colorful.
7. At least one book goes with me everywhere.
8. I can't sing for shit thanks to scarring from multiple surgeries on my vocal chords that left me with a raspy voice, but give me a few margaritas and I'll jump on the karaoke stage. Grab the earplugs!
