I would have left it as "pg-13 for suggestion" but I'm british and to get an NC17 over here it needs to have explicit sexual violence, sex = 15, violence 15 (no matter how grue) sexual violence even suggested 18.

I'm unsure about ratings when it's just language and implied stuff. Of course, it's probably suitable for primetime TV somewhere in the world. Language and sexual situations just seem to appear more frequently and escalate every year.
