D Who is My Brother=Going to Iraq Which Sucks.
There's alot going on right now.
ALOT.
Last week I found out my brother is going to be going to Iraq.
Of course, I am sad, scared, don't agree with the war so only wanting peace and angry about it, and most of all hurting inside about it.
I love him so much, D, my brother. He is so amazing and beautiful. I want him to be safe.
My parents for some reason didn't feel the need to tell Jo and I. My mom did a by the way days after they found out. They never called me but Jo called right away. I think this was Wednesday?...She came to visit last night and it was good to talk about our feelings and fears and good to have love. Us girls and our boys went out for a nice dinner and then came home (mine) and we all laid around the house talking until midnight before she had to leave. There was alot of love in that room and we really needed it.
D doesn't leave for another 2 months so we have some time before he goes away but right now he is far off in North Carolina, where we thought he was staying for a year.
I wish for peace and clarity and safety and love for him and for my family.
I will update on other things later--like in a couple days. I've tried to update here at lj lately and it would eat up my posts so then it looks like I've been away longer than what I have been! But I have been reading and catching up of course, yes!
