I Am Happy. *happy sighs* :)
Hello!
Hope everyone's day was lovely and great!
I just got home and have less than an hour before R* is picking me up so I have to make this snappy!
I just got back from the grocery store. A friend from work and I went there with great ideas for what to make for our party at work tomorrow. As you guys know it's the last day the teams will be together so it's sad:( but we're excited about our new jobs so that's cool. I am making my famous pickle/cream cheese/beef dealies. My mom's been making these since I was little for every kind of party and whatnot and now that I'm older I do it, too;) They're yummy! So yeah, I'm going to make them late tonight when I get back.
I'm really going to miss our team. Our team, as you may remember, is all girls. We're the only one that turned out to be all girls. And we all became friends and get on so well and I'm excited to be able to walk away with a big group of new friends after this. Yeah, we ended up having one boy (mysillyboyfriend) be temp at our team for a time and we see the other team boys everyday and eat with them and stuff but when we work it's just us tough women and I loved that! My supervisor, the one who I love, looked sad today when I got all serious and cheesy and said I was going to miss them. She said she would miss us, too, we're alot of fun, she'll miss my sunnyness and all. But I finally told her I am staying and will be in the same building, just a skywalk away and she was so happy for me and I told her I'd come see her sometimes. I know I will still see these people after this team is done, I already see half of the team just going out to dinners and shopping and all. I love these girls, I do!
(And the boys, too, I love you boys and will miss you as well.)
I found out a boy from one of the teams is going to be working with me in the new dept. I don't know him so well but I see him everyday and he seems nice enough. It's just kinda nice to have someone close by that's worked with the same stuff and all and who is familiar with the Big Co. as well.
Ok! I must get in the shower! Must find my cozy pink sweater! Must fix my hair and get ready!
