A little bit of help please?
You guys might know, I've had problems with my landline. My phone is completely offline and internet likes to spaz out. I shot off an email to Qwest because everything else they told me to do wasn't working. This is their response.
"If you are having problems with your phone line, then that would be why the DSL is not working properly. What you need to do is contact our repair department at 1-800-573-1311. Once the phone line is fixed, the DSL should start working properly again."
That's amazing advice. Lemme just fire up my magical phone I can pull out of my ass to call these people.
