I guess they all work, just in different aspects. A band is like a child; you have to nurture it, console it, be there for it, work for it, and support it. It takes a lot of effort. There's a lot of unhappiness and whining, but there are also a lot of smiles. If you work for it long enough, then in the end if it's profitable, you'll be taken ( Read more... )
