(no subject)
Wow, I'd been on livejournal like every day last month and then I don't go on for like two weeks. I am not surprised at all. XD All the social-ness I had with Deirdre coming to visit and then me going home has made me coup myself up in my room for the past week. Which isn't true, I went to school and to the movies with Kendra. But w/e. It's fucking cold. Sue me.
Anyroad, Deirdre coming to visit was GREAT. Like I've said, I've been super anti-social while in Ottawa (HAVE I said this yet?) so it was so nice to have a friend to talk to all the time. And we had many fun times, with many lulz. I look forward to the next time someone comes to visit (which incidentally will be my parents and my sister at the beginning of November :] ). Also, going home was great too... It was awesome to see my friends and family again. I wish I could see people more though. I got all emotional when we went to dinner on Friday. Everyone was talking about visiting each other and seeing each other that week or the next weekend, and I was going to cry 'cause I just miss that so much. Bah, I hate being so far away...... OKAY, EMO TIEM IS OVER NOW. You're safe to keep reading, don't worry. :D
Aaand nothing else is new because I'm anti-social. XD I saw Passchendale last night with Kendra, and even though I'm not big on war movies, it was still pretty good. I also have all my yarn for my Four scarf! Yay! I can finally start it! And can I just say that rolling yarn is really flipping annoying. And it hurts. My fingers are all cramped. But still, I get to start the scarf and I'm excited. I just hope my knitting is good enough that it'll stay straight. Also, I need to figure out that thing that Leah did with hers... When changing colours, she did an extra stitch to the next row with one colour and then did the rest of the row in the other colour. I think that was it... I'll figure it out, I hope. (Leah, if you're reading this, maybe enlighten me?)
And in closing... New Merlin, squeee! New House, squeee! And holy crap, I gotta watch the new Sarah Jane Adventures episodes! :S
OH OH OH, and also, I got a 93% on my Psych midterm, so I'm all happy.
OH and get Skype. It's awesome. Do it nao.
