There's no place like home.

Well today I just got back from the annual family tradition of going to Point au Barrel in Canada for a week. I had forgotten how gorgous it is out there. For all who don't know (I'm gonna try to somehow get pictures on here)we basically go up 3 hours north of Tornoto on the edge of the Georgian Bay, I'm sure it's off of some great lake or something I don't know which though)and you take your motor boat thingy out to this island that is totyally away from everything, and it's sooo beautiful out there you have nooo idea, it's sad to leave it but I was missing my friends up there because Louise didn't make it this year. It was an eventful trip though, and let me tell you the amazing start that I gave our vacation:
We were all packed up Sunday night to drive up there, luggage and everything in the car. It's like 10 pm and I decided oo oops I forgot to put my CDs or something stupid like that in the car so I take the keys and my brother who has shit to put in too out to the car, unlock it, put the stuff in and then Ben locked it. Well we go back into the house when I realized, wait where are the keys? I asked Ben, he didn't know. I looked everywhere and then realized that (because I am such an amazing genious) I had locked the keys in ther car at 11 at night!!! Yes I know I should be everyone's hero. That resulted in my dad calling AAA, but they thought our membership expired and my dad was all GRR NO WE RENEWED I'M TAKING LEGAL ACTION BAAAAH but eventually someone came and opened the car and we went on our trip the next morning.
Ugh. Up in Canada I started that damn Annie Dillard book for English, Pilgrim at Tinker Creek. That book is the bitchiest bitch, words can't describe. Unlike most people I absolutely HATE books that don't have plots and this one's all let's talk about nature and how much of a life this girl does NOT have ... if you mention that book to me you have gotten yourself into a 50 hour rant, so don't. I'm finally reading the Da Vinci Code and dispite the comments from my mom about it's inaccuracies, I LOVE that thing and can't put it down. I also read this book called the Eyre Affair which was pretty good (in Canada there's no TV or n e thing just f.y.i.).
Before I left (as I said/tope) we had been busy Kennywooding it up and all the other perks that come with summer and now I'm ready for more chilling time with the ladies because this is our last summer of being all worry free college wise (unless you're like crazy brain Swizzle).
Thursday the girls and I are packing into my van (b.c Mandy for some reason is no longer driving us) and heading up to Cornell for field hockey camp which should be a blast, more on that later though.
Well I just got off the phone with Csenka and realized how much catching up to do I have to do and my mom just told me I have to wake up at 8 am tommorow for a fun fun dentist appt. with Dr. Jack (I'm his "favorite patient") oy vey.
Much Love,
Lily

*Call me to chill!! I'm already bored and need to catch up with the entire world!!
