Santa came to see me!!
Christmas is over but it was so much fun!! I came to tell you about my Christmas weekend..
On Friday night, me and mommy scrambled around the house to get ready for the holiday and to go to church later that night. Finally my daddy got home and I put on my new Christmas coat and hat:
The church looked BEAUTIFUL...though, really, I just wanted to find Mrs. Kay. I was NOT a very good girl during the service. Mommy kept telling me "Shhhh!!". She told me to, "Be quiet and sit down!" to which I replied, quite loudly, "I AM sitting down!" Mommy looked really mad but Daddy was laughing behind his hand so it couldn't have been that bad. Mommy finally took me by the hand (HARD!) out of the sanctuary..I knew I was making Baby Jesus sad but I just couldn't sit still!! Besides, I wanted to see Mrs. Kay.
Mommy gave me a talking to in the bathroom and then decided to see if there was anyone in the nursery. We walked down the hall, mommy opened the door, and guess who was sitting there? MRS.KAY!! I played and mommy actually got to enjoy the service.
We went home and guess who was waiting for us? UNCLE B.!!! He makes me laugh and laugh. Nanny said she thinks I have a crush on him whatever that means...daddy said, "Oh no! She's fallen for his charms just like all the other girls!" I don't know about all that. I just know that I like him a whole lot. Anyhow, he brought presents like my Princess and the Pauper DVD and a new Care Bear!!

Everytime I looked at Uncle B. I just laughed and laughed! He's just so silly!! mommy finally said it was time for bed 'cause Santa had to come. I picked out 2 Christmas cupcakes and a glass of milk and set it by the fireplace for him. It took me a LONG time to fall asleep. Mommy kept coming in and saying, "I know you're excited pumpkin, but Santa won't come until you're asleep!" I finally fell asleep (at 10:30pm my mommy says) and dreamed of reindeer and sweets and snow.
I woke up to the most amazing site!! Santa had come!! He ate ALL my cupcakes and brought me LOTS of toys. Wanna hear? Ok!
I got a new Barbie Doll house for all my new Barbies and lots of cool furniture to go in it. I also got a Leap Pad cash register, Polly Pocket Ranch and a bag for my Polly Pockets, TWO Dora Lego sets, a Swiper doll, a Care Bears DVD, a My Little Pony, Candy Land, new Barbie clothes, a Fisher Price little people hospital set, a Bob the Builder Leap pad book, a Dora surprise School house, and LOTS of other great stuff!
I've been playing non-stop since then! Well, with short breaks here and there. On Christmas Day, we were supposed to go to my Grandma's house in Indiana but mommy decided that we wouldn't be able to make it because of the snow. That's ok, though, 'cause we're going up next Sunday to visit. We THEn decided that we'd go to my Pop pop's house instead (that's Daddy's Daddy) but once we almost got to Clarksville, mama and daddy said NO WAY because of all the ice and snow (pop pop lives in the country!). We ended up at my Nanny's house which was fine by me. I played with my new desk (which will be here on Wednesday!) and ate lots of yummy mashed tatoes, chicken pot pie, and cheesecake!
The next day, mama daddy and I went to Shoney's (where Shoney Bear came from!) for their awesome Breakfast Bar! It was SO good and Mommy showed me how to read music while we were eating. I played some more with all my new toys, like my dress-up kit from Nanny and all my toys that my California family got for me (Thanks Grandpappy!) Today has been very uneventful as well. I've played and played, watched Princess and the Pauper and Benji, and run around like a little muppet. I have to go now and play with my Polly Pocket and instruments. Also, coinoperated23 came over to eat with my mommy and play Candyland with me! Bye everybody!
