I'm embarrassed to say that I slept in until 9:30am and then took a nap this afternoon. I am in some sort of funk. It's most likely hormonally charged. I did, however, do 1.5 hours of advanced yoga this morning. Today was breezy and in the 60s, perfect for drying clothes on the line. I also worked in the garden for a while.
Last night I tried my hand at a pasta frittata for dinner. It was bland. Next time I will add more garlic, fresh herbs and some feta. If I perfect it, I promise to post the recipe.
Right now I have in the oven a
rhubarb crumb cake that I will be serving with maple nut ice cream. The final step of the recipe is "cool completely before serving". Seriously. After smelling something bake for an hour, who can wait that long to cut into it??? Not me.
