Lily came home straight after work Saturday morning and changed out of her work clothes into shorts and a sweatshirt, something easy to change in and out of for trying on clothing that afternoon. She sat on the couch in the living room and turned on the television, flipping through and looking for the weather channel - pretty much the only channel she ever used.
