Car and stuff update
Well, I found out from my father what's wrong with the car. It's the distributor, spark plugs and plug wires. So he's going to pay for a new distributor and a tune up. This will total about $500-600. I'm sure he'll want repayment eventually. This is why Jon and I decided back when they loaned us $1140 back when I was pregnant to help us get our bills caught up that we were going to give them $2000 when our tax money comes back in. I just don't want to hear any more lectures for awhile. The part will be in on Monday and the mechanic said he could have the car fixed by Monday night. Let's hope that the mechanic pulls it off so that Jon can make it down to OKC for his training starting Tuesday morning.
My grandmother is coming into town tomorrow. She said that she wanted to talk to my dad about something. I don't know what it is but I hope it's nothing bad. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens tomorrow.
Brady is still doing well. His owie is healing and doesn't quite hurt him that much today. I can actually change his diaper without him wailing in pain. :)
Jon started his new job today. Did a "ride along" with a co worker as part of his training. Said that the job will be pretty easy for him. :) Let's hope that this one will work out for both of us. There will be nights where he won't get off work until late and if I have a pt evening job let's hope that he doesn't have to stay late on a night I'm scheduled to work. :)
