Baby shower idea
We have our next doctor's appointment on monday and we signed up for a six week lamaze class that starts on tuesday :) I'm super excited! I still can't believe were pregnant and we're having a little baby of our own. It feels like a movie. Hopefully we can find out on monday if the baby is a boy or girl.
It's looking like the baby shower will be on April 23rd which is Holy Saturday just before Easter Sunday. I really want it to be a family friendly baby shower. I just went to one last weekend were it was all girls and I didn't really like it. Everyone was talking all loud and screaming and there were a lot of games. I want Mark to be able to be a part of the baby shower, to see my Dad's reaction to the baby gifts, and to have my brother and my guy cousins play games. I did some research and they have some really funny games that I know the guys wouldn't mind playing like see who can finish the juice in the baby bottle first without using their hands, or feeding your partner pudding while you're blindfolded.
I'm really excited and I hope it turns out the way I see it planned out in my head. Basically a good old family gathering with awesome food, drinks, music, and cake :D
