Harem of Horror
We live across the street from the Sultan's house. Our second floor windows look right across to it from our living room.

The only unusual things I can confirm about it are that they have been renovating it for years and never seem to get anywhere. The roof on the back part has been replaced at least three times in the last three years and shingles are still falling off. Also, apparently people rent the apartments, but you hardly ever see anyone leaving or going into the building. I do see people walking around on the balconies occasionally. And every morning about 8:00 AM they crank up the Southern Rock while they endlessly repair the exterior.
