I'm so sorry I missed it on the day of---there is no excuse. I suck. I hope it was wonderful and filled with thoughts of Aragorn's hair. :) See, I supplied a pic of Aragorn's hair above. I also hope you relaxed and did nothing and were treated as the special person you are. And that the dog and cat behaved... and the world achieved peace... and all that good stuff. *HUGS*

In other news, this past two or three weeks could have been better! I have been meaning to come here and post, but I was waylaid by a book I had to get done in a rush on cerebral herniation syndromes. A book on neurosurgical treatments... gah, it was a challenging project---everything from decompressive craniectomies to abdominal compartment syndrome. Then, last weekend, just after I finished it, I had a bad migraine-like headache for two days. And then on Monday? Gallbladder stuff---VERY unpleasant. I have been down and out this entire past week. I'm now editing two chapters of a book on clinical virology---one chapter is on rabies, which should prove pretty interesting.
Anyway, I am hoping this next week is not quite as eventful! *hugs everyone*
