I was flipping through my cable guide and found this old movie playing on the Western Channel...

Do you think it was the 1957 predecessor to Brokeback Mountain?

I agree. What cracks me up is the title... I can't imagine anyone using that as a title in today's times.

Oh, I never tire of hearing it. :) I agree---I do love Frodo's beautiful reassuring smile there, but the first time I saw his little nod, I about passed out. Right there. In the theater. I was completely into spoilers before ROTK, and so I do recall hearing someone else post about it, and thankfully, I knew to look for it because it passed so quickly.

I'm not sure who thought that up, EW or PJ... but it was absolutely perfect.
