I'll update since LJ is always my last resort when trying to put off studying.
Tommorow will be the end of my midterms and all I can say is HAALEJEHUHALAHAHA.
I've been writing papers, doing research, reading a fuck load and schooling myself on APA format like CRAZY. I've kept so busy that I can't believe its already the middle of October?! Time goes by so fast in San Diego. The last time I went to Calexico which was like a month ago time went by soooo sloooow. It was 6pm for like 5 hours, no joke. As I said in the previous entry, my weekends is really when I live it up. drinking, smoking, sleeping, and just chilling. My SW120 Professor says that as a social worker, you'll need to take advantage of your free time on the weekends. I do that to the fullest. Friday and Saturday are MINE. This weekend I plan to go home till like Monday I think. I miss my family soo much. For some reason I got really homesick in the middle of the semester, I thought it happened in the beginning =P
I hate fucking Calexico because it's lame. I never realized how much of a little bubble it is. San Diego has so many different kinds of people and attitudes. Seems most people in Calexico are fucking assholes, bitches, and sluts who are close-minded and all they care about going to some shitty bar in Mexicali on the weekends and think they're the shit, I've always held this to be true. I've gotten along with people I live with around here more than the idiots back at my Mexican hick town. The weekend plans are to chill with my familia, see my grandma's and hang out with minimal friends. Movies on Saturday with Vanessa and our JIB ritual which I'm excited for.
Excited for Jack in the Box? Why yes. I haven't had junk food like that since I moved here :S I mostly eat healthy while I'm here. Lots of fruit bars, smoothies, yogurt, granola, minimal friend food and lots of tea and water...I've lost weight instead of gained it and that feels fabulous.
On Sunday I'm hoping I'll get to see my gamestop loves, David, Scott,and Johnny. Dinner at Applebees like the last time we ate together so many months ago.
Between those two things I'll get a hair cut, color my hair and shop for a fucking um-ber-ella since I come from the desert and wasn't prepared for rain when it hit.
Most of all, I miss Christianne, Remo and Michelle. I can't wait till thanksgiving when I get to see them :D:D:D:D as for Jose Luis, I probably won't see him until next year on Christmas maybe. I told him he has a place to crash if he decides to come back, so I can pick him up from the airport again haha
Ok, I have a midterm tomorrow and a 7 page paper to finish up....and maybe 30 days of Night at Montezuma Hall tonight as a treat? MAAAYBEEEE :D
