Random question, but have any of you ever cooked with mizuma (japanese mustard greens)? I have a whole big bag of them from the farm last week and I need to use them before they go bad, but I have no idea how. They need to be cooked, I think, because they are waaaaay too spicy raw for my tastes. I was thinking of cooking them with onions and garlic in oil, but I'm just... not that comfortable cooking leafy greens. It isn't something I've done before. Yeah...
