This is Fizzgig...a little creature owned by the Gelfling, Kira from the movie "The Dark Crystal." This icon makes me giggle when I see it, because I wish I could throw awesome temper tantrums like this online sometimes...lol. But, since I can't, he does it for me.
This icon was made by a friend of mine who is no longer on LJ...her name was Catherine. She liked my eye colour, so she took this picture of me, cropped my eye and turned it black and white, save my actual iris. The words are from a Who song called, "Behind Blue Eyes" (covered years later by Limp Bizkit.) She made it for me for my birthday, many, many moons ago. But it reminds me of her and it does make my eyes look all purty. :)
Haha, this is Edward Elric and his little brother, Alphonse (Ed is on the left, Al on the right.) It's from one of my most favourite animes ever, FullMetal Alchemist. They don't usually look like this, but this is classic anime "freak out" mode...I have found it very appropriate on many occasions...hahaha. I love them...they're my boys...my anime boys anyway. :)
I didn't actually make this icon, I just added in the Rogue font. My friend Jen made this for me. If you don't know, I have been an X-Men fan since I was 3. Specifically, Rogue is my ultimate favourite character...ever. She's amazing and everything you could want in a character. Beautiful, flawed, loyal, spunky...I just love her. I have been dying my hair for the last 9 years just like hers...my friends barely remember how I looked without it...it just...fits me. I think so too.:)
When The Dark Knight came out a couple years ago, I was soooo excited! Being an avid Frank Miller fan, I was so excited to see this story play out. Of course, Heath Ledger's Joker was absolutely brilliant. He actually died on my birthday...I got some weird texts that day. But of course, I had to jump on the Joker bandwagon and show my love for some a brilliant performance with my own Jokerface. Why so Serious??
Hehe, what's to say? I fucking love classic muscle cars! Now that I have my own, I feel like a little kid on Christmas everytime I see her sitting under the tarp in my driveway. This particular icon is in honour of the real hero of season 5, and my favourite character (alright, inaminate character), the Metallicar....how can you not love her? She's fucking sexy! :)
