Hi, I am Corinne. I am 38. My sons were born in November 2011 and June 2016 and will probably be frequent stars in my LJ. I struggle with depression from time to time and keeping a journal has often been my way of dealing with it. My journal was started sometime around 2004, if I recall correctly (my sense of linear time is about nil.) I am always open to having more friends, the more the merrier. and no, i don't reply to everything i read, but i do read everything. i only comment if i have something to say :-)
I like food. I preserve and can food for a hobby.
I cloth diaper, i term breastfeed (well, that's the goal!), i am starting to get into using "mama cloth". i guess i am on the upper side of crunchy, but i am not all the way there.
I am not one to usually post anything politics. If religion comes up, I am more pagan than anything else. I have been known to dabble in astrology and fortune readings of all sorts (tarot, rune, etc.)
I love animals. I have one aging dog who has been with me off and on for since November of 2003 (no longer, sadly he passed in November 2013). I also have a few tankfuls of freshwater fish and some hermit crabs.
I love to read and watch movies. I love renn faires. I got married in Hawaii. I enjoy writing poetry and it occasionally makes its way into my posts. I spend too much time online, especially facebook. Pinterest is a new addiction and I try to keep everyone posted about how they turn out, especially the good ones! I love to cook and eat (never trust a skinny cook.) I love Tori Amos. I am open minded about all things. I rarely capitalize things but most of the time things are spelled and punctuated correctly.
I occasionally bring up adult themes, but I keep them under a separate filter (mention if you would like to be included.) I have a sick sense of humor and a warped way of looking at the world.
Well, that is about all of me that comes to mind. If I missed anything you want to know about, ask! I like questions that i can answer, it gives me something to write about.
