-Why did you want to be a nurse?
This is an answer that might change with my mood. The most encompassing reason for me to be a nurse is that it would serve as a platform from which to learn more about the human condition. If that makes any sense. It's an opportunity to play an important role in the most tragic and remarkable of human events. To share the burden. To be a shoulder... or a rock.
-What was the most stupid or hilarious thing you ever did?
I don't know for sure... there are so many, and I blocked so many of them out! Okay... first one that comes to mind... Mark and I were living in an upstairs apartment at this really busy intersection... It was late September and we were getting ready to take the air conditioners out of the windows. Next to one of the air conditioners was a bird's nest... Mark was so mad at me for not doing anything about it all summer, but I wanted to make sure the birds had moved on before knocking their home out of the sky. So... with the nest vacated... I decided that I would knock it down while Mark was at work. In order to reach the nest, I decided that I would attatch a clothes hanger to a broom and reach out another window that was about 8 feet away. I ended up REALLY reaching out the window... I was half hanging out of it when the hanger got stuck inside the air conditioner. If I let go of the broom... It would swing down and break my neighbor's window. So I was stuck there! In a tank top, no pants, no bra... hanging out of the window at about noon... cars driving by and honking... when my neighbor stopped laughing at me... he came upstairs and rescued me. It was awful!
-What are some of your favorit movies?
I LOVE movies! So there are bound to be some I neglect to mention... Exorcist, Last House on the Left, The English Patient, Boys Don't Cry, Resevoir Dogs, Clerks, Chasing Amy, Fight Club, Hellraiser I and II, Luther the Geek, High Fidelity, Kill Bill I & II, Magnolia, Moulin Rouge... the list goes on, and on, and on.
-What do you like to do in your free time? *besides studying for our tests!!!*
Watch movies (generally horror movies... but no one watches them with me these days *pout*). Play video games. I like to read, too... but rarely ever finish anything... I write... but less of late. I am completely uninspired. I love cemetaries... taking pictures... doing research. Checking out new bands... there is so little to do around here. Fishing... playing pool... drinking. Yeah.
-If you could do anything in the world what would it be and why?
Come back from the dead. To jump-start my spiritual battery. Either that or see a ghost face to face... for the same reason.
Well, I am off to work. It has been so hard to do anything productive these days.
