Congrats on the iPod! You will soon become as obsessed as I am with this little marvel of technology. And, quite obviously...ray doesn't hate ALL people. ;-)

I hope you took plenty of pictures of everything!...especially the cake!

And, I think the madness you shared was one of the methods of conditioning used in A Clockwork Orange.
