High School friend takes me everywhere....

Okay...we all know about facebook...well an old friend from high school is online right now and I decided to talk to her since it's been forever. Well I just found out that she thinks about me often as she has a poem I wrote her back in social studies class. (Now I can't remember much of high school let alone poems I wrote in what class etc.) The fact that she remembers me touched me but to find out that she's thought about me all these years...
How fucking cool is that?

Here's the poem

Some say memories are golden,
well maybe that is true,
but I never wanted memories,
I only wanted you!

You never said good-bye to me,
perhaps it's just as well,
for I never could have said good-bye
to someone I loved so well.

Gawd I wonder what year I wrote that??

Now if I hadn't fried my brain for all those years with so many narcotics, perhaps I'd have some memories.

*sighs*
