I feel compelled to do a Craig/Marc-style response to your comment but suffice to say that I appreciate your honest and well-rounded approach. I do not see your kindness and selflessness as a fault of any kind. I respect you and your ways. However, your approach in a group setting can make you seem indecisive and I have VERY little tolerance for that. You recognize, as I do, that whatever tension there was on Friday resulted from miscommunication. I simply didn't know how to ask you a question properly and, in my mind, "That's why you're in training" DOES NOT AT ALL COME CLOSE TO "something with the effect that 'that's why we're growing as friends and learning the ways of the group'". Rather, it comes off as a disgustingly chauvinistic comment. Normally I would have blown up in outrage but it was your occasion so I let it go. Anyway, I’ll charge this to the game and chalk it up as a learning experience.
